While homeowners insurance covers many risks, legal issues that come with home ownership are frequently overlooked. LawGuard Home serves as an ideal endorsement to supplement a homeowners policy.

We offer flexible partnership structures with homeowners carriers. One option, similar to a service line product, allows the plan to be written on the carrier’s paper and reinsured up to 100% by our A rated partner. We provide all necessary materials and support for form and rate approvals in the states where you plan to market and sell the product, and we assist in negotiating and finalizing the reinsurance contract. Alternatively, like an identity theft product, our A rated partner can issue a blanket or group policy to the homeowners carrier, with an endorsement form that can be easily added to the carrier’s policy.

With either approach, we leverage our extensive experience in legal expense insurance to ensure a smooth and successful partnership for the carrier.
